As of late, I'm in the "research" phase of deciding on what pieces I'm going to buy to give my fall wardrobe a refresh.   I love scouring through street style looks for inspiration because these types of images capture what real (stylish) women all over the world are wearing.  What I'm noticing is that the same trends get reinterpreted in different cities, from Stockholm to New York to Copenhagen. 

The beanie is one key accessory making its way into street style looks this season.   I'm hoping I can pull this off if the LA weather ever cools down.  Somehow, throwing on a knit hat can change the most mundane outfit into a laidback, edgy "I just threw this on" look.
